To ensure the normal operation of the remote monitoring function of photovoltaic/storage inverters, our company has launched a special on-site service for network connection and system restart of inverters. When your inverter experiences WiFi disconnection, fails to connect to the monitoring platform, or requires a safety restart due to abnormal operation, our technicians will come to your site to complete the following operations: Reconfigure the WiFi network parameters of the inverter to make it connect to the designated router. Carry out the safety restart of the inverter (including soft restart and the standard power-off restart procedure).
